Bailey not only LB in FA!!!

OK i know that many of us want to get Boss in here and pair him up with his brother and see what they can do...but the fact is that Boss has never really panned out and is coming off a knee injury, i cant believe that people are not talking about one of the much more established LBs that are floating around right now....in no particular order

1. Rocky Boiman
2. Dan Morgan
3. Jeremiah Trotter
4. Karlos Dansby
5. Zach Thomas

I dont know that any one of these guys could do better than Boss but i really dont like the idea of us putting all our eggs in one basket...Boss has been a bust since coming into the league, but he is a good pass rusher and has good speed...

Personally i would like to see us go after Dan Morgan, i know that he is coming off an injury that sidelined him for most of the year but i think that because he has starting experience if he can get healthy he could a great addition and all DJ to move back to the outside where he is much more comfortable

why is everybody so caught up in puttin DJ back on the outside!! for goodness sakes he was 2nd in the league in tackles and did a superb job in MLB

Karlos Dansby was franchised
Jeremiah Trotter is easily slower than our d-linemen and wouldn't do much of anything
Your main reason for not getting Boss is because he's injury prone. Then you turn around and say to get a player that has concussions in just about every game.
I have no idea who Rocky Boiman is. Please someone tell me. Is he a special teams player because if he is we already signed Niko Koutouvides for that.

Boiman started for the Colts this past year, he is a very good WILL which we could use now that Gold is long gone

The Broncos should take a risk with Dan Morgan, hes a top 5 linebacker when healthy, hes due for some good luck.

Was not. Freddy Keiaho was WILL and TyJuan Hagler and Clint Session both played SAM. I've never even heard of those 3 until I watched the Colts game against the Dolts.

Boiman started 7 games this past year, with 55 takles and a pair of INTs...granted he is not the biggest name on the board he is solid player...and i will admit that Dungy has a knack for finding good LBs...just because you dont know the guy dont knock him until you look what he can bring to the table

Here's what i think about Boss Bailey

We're thin at linebacker right now and I think that Boss can revive his career here in Denver as a Weakside LB. On the plus side, we can afford his services for a low price. He's a very athletic linebacker that can possibly learn a thing or two, like staying healthy and being a better tackler, from big brother Champ

I really hope he becomes a Bronco, it'll be exciting to see both Bailey's elevate eachothers game
