I would keep him unless a team gives him an offer too expensive to match. Then we'd get a 3rd round pick in return, which we could use to draft his replacement or possibly to trade up in the 1st. But I would really like to keep him and then draft a corner sometime on the 2nd day this year to groom as his replacement for when he likely leaves next offseason.Last edited by Max Power; 03-24-2008, 10:23 AM.Comment

Why trade him? Why not play him? Maybe he won't get burned so manytimes like the to corners we have starting now. Champ and Dre got burned so many times last yr by looking in the backfield. I would love to see some new blood at corner this yr.Comment

The front 7 was so frikkin pathetic that secondary had to make all the tackles, in other words when Secondary has to play run first on every down there is something fundamentally wrong with your team.
Foxy will be a business casualty and honestly he probably could use a change of scenery. Denver doesn't have a 3rd and Foxy tendered as a 3rd. It's a match made in heaven. So to speak.Last edited by BroncosTX77; 03-24-2008, 12:09 PM.Comment

No, they got burned a little more than they should have because they had to cover receivers for >5 seconds! The biggest problem was the lack of interior push to collapse the pocket because we had such figures as Fatty Adams, Pancake Gordon and Turtle Burton starting for half the season! If you can't collapse the pocket it makes the rush end's job much harder as the QB can easily step up to avoid the outside rush and give him much more time to throw. That's one of the biggest reasons for our defensive inadequacies last season.sigpic

I say we trade him and try to get a third, but the downside is its another hole to fill in the next few years to come.Comment

I voted offer him a long term contract because more and more teams are getting three WRs that are good and Foxy should match up well those #3s. Foxy has proven to be an average starter and we don't know if a second-day rookie will work out. I'm not against trading him though.sigpicMade by HoushmazodeComment

To either New England or someone else, he is got to go.
I hate to say it, because he is a good kid and talent and all that.
But think of this as a business and not just a game.
Plus when you have a player that is worth alot when you already have two players filling that postion.Comment

The only problem is that Denver don't run a 3-3-5 Defense, but if we did then maybe so. I don't ever seeing Shanny going to that type or system or even the 3-4.Comment
