Uhhh yup, I usually do my mocks around draft time, Maybe about 2 weeks before the draft. But yes i have us trading back a few spots and taking Jackson. I have us taking Charles in the 2nd or 3rd......I mean seriously we have enough 2nd day picks to add depth at DT and CB and LB, 2 4ths, 2 5ths, 3 6ths and 2 7ths allows us to go get Cutler Playmakers baby!!!!!!!!!1111

I already did prove you wrong.

How do they have similar styles? Please explain that to me. I showed you highlights of Portis, you know, the one's you said you want everyone to see? And ever since then, all you've been saying is that Charles has had a better collegiate career than Portis.

Alright fine.

Too bad a college career doesn't make a pro though. You know who else had a better college career than Portis, and comparable to Charles, if you want to count stats?

Remember that Quentin Griffin dude? The one that BACKED UP Portis here in Denver? The one who had 2 good games his entire career as a pro? The one who plays in the CFL right now?
3,551 yards rushing along with 40 TDs on the ground, and also add 1,118 yards receiving to that.

Just because Charles puts up stats in college doesn't mean he's going to make a good pro, or even an average one.

So you can base everything off of stats, but that's not going to get you anywhere. So give me a scouting report. What are his strengths and weaknesses? And tell me exactly how he compares to Portis, outside of breakaway speed?

IM gonna have to go ahead and tell you ur wrong there, tatum bell was fast.... that was it.... charles has speed and moves, and can actually break some tackles, tatum bell was only good of the running hole was the size of a truck.... not to mention charles is WAY faster he ran a 10.18 in the hundred,,,,
I really likes CHarles... I just thing Selvin is our HR threat...

I agree here. Charles may be a good pick if he can be gotten in rounds 4-6, but when we already have Selvin, we need to focus on greater needs. Not to say he wouldn't be better than Selvin, but we have much greater needs.

As a Longhorn fan I like the guy but he fumbles WAY too often i think he had a few multiple fumble performances this past season

but if we can draft him late I like it he has big play capabilities

I'm a UT fan and I can tell you, that outside of Selvin Young's family/friends no one prefered him over Charles. Jamaal is a lot better.
