After having released Henry, if Shanahan signed Thurman, he should be required to call Frasier and check for symptoms of schizophrenia.

Larsen will get an opportunity as will Koutouvides. The former is a big time hitter between the B gaps. Forty time isn't as important as quickness/change of direction/football smarts. Having said that, he really doesn't look like a 3rd & long guy (unless he blitzes), does he? You'd think he would come out for nickel coverage.

Koutouvides has earned an opportunity as an NFL MLB. It's easy to be invisible in Portland, or is it Vancouver (see what I mean?). The jury should be out. Maybe everyone should get their Greek flags, bazukis, goat BBQ and dance shoes ready ... , or not as the case may be.

The answer at MLB is spelled Laurinaitis and we have to wait for it.
