I would'nt mind bringing in talent like that...He was a huge prospect coming outa Wisconsin... was hurt last year but still has some tread on his tires... HE IS A BEAST on stopping the run from his DE position he's not a great pass russer but would be good a s a back up on first or second down? What do you think?

There is no such thing as too much depth at that position! That is how the Giants won a SB. They stocked up on DE's and D lineman and shuffled them along the line.

He is not a problem child and the guy could produce. IMO he is worth a shot. If he out performs Ekuban in camp and pre-season then bye bye Ekuban. Just my :2cents:

I would be for that too. We would be getting still younger at that position. We also need to mention that he plays in the NFC North-the black and blue division-power running and not a lot of passing. In fact who is the big name D end in that division? You could argue KGB but that was a while ago!

I wouldn't read too much into the stats and go by film. He is definitely worth it IMO.

Absolutely not. He's had knee problems since he was a Wisconsin Badger and it continued in the NFL. He's almost like Courtney Brown. Pass.

Because we have 2 potentially great starters in Jarvis Moss and Tim Crowder, 2 servicable vets in Ekuban and Engleberger, and a Pass rushing specialist in Elvis Dumervil. Not to mention we would be wasting money because he would have to work his way into the rotation

You should take a look at this question... figure out why we had the opportunity to give Adams/Rice a chance. Once you've answered that, ask this question backwards in the opposite view.
