this is what they said about denvers picks -

    CLADY -

CZAR'S FRONT OFFICE TAKE: The Broncos just became the first NFL team to ever take a Boise State player in the first round. Offensive tackle Ryan Clady is coming to protect quarterback Jay Cutler. Clady will probably play on the right side as a rookie, but what this young man has is great feet. His body is a little soft and he posted a very low Wonderlic score, but Clady does have tremendous athletic skills and the Broncos love athletic offensive linemen. Not a risky pick because some mock drafts had the Chiefs picking him fifth overall — although that was never going to happen — but he does have better left tackle technique right now than No. 1 pick Jake Long.
SCHRAGER ON THE SCENE: Clady slips to the Broncos, who gladly scoop up the All-American at 12th overall. John Denver's "Rocky Mountain High" plays immediately after "Buffalo Soldier" and it's a full-on singers and songwriters afternoon at Radio City. What's next? James Taylor doing "Carolina on My Mind"? Umm ... yes, actually, yes it is. The Clady pick gets mixed reactions from the few Broncos fans in the crowd. One guy's got a Brian Griese jersey on. Brian Griese, huh? Apparently, his Tommy Maddox one was in the wash.

    ROYAL -

With DeSean Jackson still on the board, the Broncos go with Eddie Royal, another sub 6-foot speedster with hands. With Rod Smith retiring, Javon Walker off to Oakland, and Brandon Marshall coming off an injury — Royal could play next year. A lot.

    LICHTENSTEIGER -

The Broncos pick up another lineman here in Lichtensteiger, the 310-pound guard out of Bowling Green. A four-year starter with great technique, this is a strong selection.

    WILLIAMS -

Williams can run. Boy, can he run. But at only 5-9, size is a concern. The Broncos must have loved his 4.3 40 speed, as they scoop him up here. No-lose situation getting a guy with wheels like his so late.

    TORAIN -

The JUCO transfer was a fantastic player for the Sun Devils, and will look to make an impact for the Broncos next season. Perhaps Torrain's best attribute? His hands.

      POWELL -

The Broncos drafted three defensive linemen in last year's draft, and go back to the well again here with Powell out of Virginia Tech. A solid run-stuffing DT in this round.

LARSEN - Some mock drafts had Larsen going as high as second round, so this could be viewed as a real steal for Denver. The Broncos have needs at linebacker and have now drafted a really impressive one. Larsen won't be Al Wilson anytime soon, but he adds some depth at the position.

BARRETT - In addition to grabbing Jack Williams at CB, the Broncos shore up their defensive backfield with Barrett at 220. Here's a kid who had a fantastic junior season, then got benched his senior year. Let's see how he reacts to being a seventh round pick.

HILLIS - The third Arkansas running back to be selected this weekend. Hillis is a do-everything guy whom his teammates rave about. He can block, run, and catch. Great pick at 227.

they seemed to like our draft pretty well, lets hope they produce

That is probably the worst analysis I have ever seen. I think they thought every pick made would be in the pro-bowl.

Actually if you read a little closer, you'll see that they pretty much said that the players the Broncos picked were good choices at the spot they were chosen. Props to the Broncos War Room for drafting wisely.

Tha angle of the pic looked, at first, like the right shoulder of a flat chested woman wearing a tube top. I was confused at first. But yeah, VERY high quality looking.

I'm not worried about it... I figure the big guy upstairs has a sense of humor and understands my obsession with Catholic symbolism and skeletons. If it does land me in hell however, then so be it. I don't wanna go to heaven if they don't accept me for who I am!
