Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

I'm all for it, he can come in on a 1 year deal and help Hillis learn how to be a beast as a lead back. At the very least I would love to see Neal pop Shawn Merriman in the mouth.
This would also allow us to get rid of deadweight we have on our roster (MIKE BELL)!
What does everyone think about maybe pickin up Leorenzo Neal, or at least bring him in to try out durning the summer, i know he's 37 but he still has some good games left to play, an i think he could help Denver's blockin, an short passes, an he would be a great teacher for Peyton Hillis, he would be learnin from one of the NFL'S best FB's, and Leorenzo Neal is a good locker person with know off the feild problems!
No. I think we already have plenty of veteran help.

I really like hillis....i think the kid is going to be able to do everything well....ala Howard Griffen. Neal is just a crushing lead blocker which is nice but he isnt versital enough for us. But you really gotta be excited about Hillis
Very wellput - We really won't know until the games count, but I think you're right on the money
I think Zo is past his prime. We don't need him. Im sure we'll be fine with Hillis in a year or two.
So why not bring in Neal now, let him compete and if Neal's still good enough to make the cut, Hillis can learn first hand from one of the best?

Here is my take. Since we SUCKED last year in the redzone and our runningbacks didnt score touchdowns Lo Neal would be a great fit with us. Get rid of sapp and bell, and start Hillis let him do his thing but when it comes to short yardage situations we could put Lo-neal in. Heck we could have hillis and neal in at the same time and let neal block for hillis. That would be tough to stop on 3rd and inches. I wouldnt mind getting rid of sapp and bell in exchange for the best run blocker in the league.
I would be ok with Zo here for one year. Hillis is good but he could be great learning all the nuances of the position from a guy who has been in the league since the merger
Not to mention he would be a wealth of information when it comes to week 2
Hillis is a 7th round pick you ****ing morons none of you dumbasses even know if hes gonna make the team let alone the practice squad. Take off your damn orange and blue glasses for a second PLEASE(Sorry about caps). Now that I let that out can all of you please shut up about how were gonna be safe with hillis and we should keep from pursuing neal. Hes a rookie and right now all he has is potential. Dont feed me with that bull**** about how he was the highest rated fb coming out of college because that doesnt translate to the pros in anyway shape or form. Right now at 37 Lorenzo Neal is better than any fb that we have on our team and hes proved it. Ima laugh to the bank if Hillis doesnt even make the team and Zo goes to the pro bowl... (God you guys are such big homers you make homers look like... Non homers)

You do realize that most FB go in the later rounds or they go undrafted. For example one of the best FBs to play in the past couple years went undrafted and that was Mack Strong and he came into the league when there was more than 7 rounds. Howard Griffith wasn't drafted until the 9th round. Considering Peyton Hillis is arguably the best FB in this draft means he should be good. I guess you just don't understand how the draft works.
