    Brandon Moore anyone?

    He is a former starter for the 49ers in 05 and 06 and lost he job last year probably thanks to Willis most likely. He was just cut today since the 49ers picked up Spikes..

    So here is my question, dude is 6-1 255 and would add us alot of beef in the middle. Webster scares me at MLB for obvious reasons Niko looked lost out there and has not really came in and taken the job so why not sign this dude to compete for the MLB job?

    Whats everyone else think? Any guys out there familar with the 49ers and can tell me anymore info on why this guy was cut other then the 49ers drafting Willis?

    don't know much about the guy, but if we weren't going to go after Spikes why would we go after the guy that was cut to make room for Spikes.

        Dunno some guys are just cut because they don't fit in with what the organization is doing at the time.. Take how Jay Feely was just cut by the Dolphins today after he had pretty much a all pro season last year.

        I just would like to know if anyone knows anything about this guy, because as I said im not to happy with our current choices at MLB.

            Well, damn. And I was just getting excited about this.

            Webster and Niko make me nervous; what can I say? I don't feel like they've proven all that much in previous years.

              Because they haven't. Expect MLB to be our 1st pick next year unless one of them steps up and really plays well.

                I wanted us to take Connor last year, but it didn't happen. I think we could have gotten him pretty late, too.

                    Lets hope the broncos don't do so poorly that we'll be able to pick him early enough in the first. He should be long gone before our pick.
