TORRAIN < JOHNSON
Its pretty much a garuntee that KC would not trade LJ within the division, or
within the conference if possible. We then would have traded away our 2 best
players within the past year in our attempt to become "younger" even though
niether guys is actually old
In the idea of a LJ trade, i would wait till the offseason, or next year. But assuming
he goes for a first round pick, like I think he should, I would prefer two firsts
in next years draft than this years... largly to the part that I dont see any
franchise QBs in this draft class that dont come with huge WHAT IFs. Now, this
years first round OL talent and LB talent is through the roofs, so it might not be
a terrible thing...Club Leader: Robert Griffin III > Andrew Luck

There is no reason for KC to send Johnson to Denver. If they are rebuilding, it means they are trying to get better to lead the AFC West in a near future. By giving us Johnson, they simply make us stronger, reducing their chances of being a contender. Unless Johnson has nothing more to offer as a franchise RB, which is not the case, they would not trade him to a division rival.sigpic

excellent... But Peterson's goal is to save as much money as possible and so
far niether Hunt has realized it's hurting the team, both the performence and
revenue. Edward's goal is to try and make a team that is going to hold teams
to 10 points a game and win 13-10. It just doesnt work that way in the NFL
anymore. Even teams like Jax, Tenn, and Bal (the models of what Herm wants)
can and have put up 20 - 30 points this year under pressure. The NFL has
become stronger offensivly and the idea of holding teams to 10 points anymore
just isnt realistic. He doesnt see that. You wont hold the ball 40 of 60 mins,
hold teams ot 10 points, and score 13 points on a consistant basis anymore.Club Leader: Robert Griffin III > Andrew Luck

Trades to division rivals have happened before and the WILL happen again. I don't want LJ but it very well could happen. If Shanny makes the deal then I can assure you that we most likely want him for the price we will have to pay. Last time I checked he was a very good coach who only acts after very percise thought.

Keeper
We need to get a running back and keep him, instead of keeping them for a couple of years and letting them go for trade. I think we have about spent our luck on getting great 2 and 3 round running backs that turn out to be great and then trade them. We need to get a good one and keep him so that way the years that our O-line is not that great the running back might be able to sustain a little of the pressure.

One of the best parts about this team is they are unselfish. Next is they are for the most part cap-friendly. Third, we'd have to chop off his thumbs so he couldn't toss up that dumb triangle every time he scored (which would be a ton). Pass!!

everyone knows what i think or Jarvis Moss... But to be honest, I would trade Him for LJ. Johnson is so overrated. He just isnt the same back since he got hurt. Plus he would take away from Cutler and grind our Offense to a halt. I prefer to have a back to just keep the D honest, and maybe can spring it from time to time. Besides what is wrong with Selvins 6.5 ypc? Could LJ do more?Thanx Blondie79 for the sweet Sig....Love it and I will rock it with pridesigpic
