  • Trade Marshall

Trade Marshall at the end of the year. With him having a great year, you will be able to get a lot for him and then you can be rid of the headaches he brings.

He is a great player, but is not a team player. His glove incident this past weekend could have cost his team the game. It's obvious he cares more about himself than about the team.

I was a Marshall fan until Sunday, the glove incident ended it for me - leads me to believe he has not changed and will not change. He is the next TO locker room type cancer.

Get rid of him at the end of the season while the gettin's good.

I take it you did not watch the post game interview on NFLN where he blamed himself for many things, including the interception and dropped balls. "Cancers" don't do that. I also take it you not read the many articles where Bmarsh has said he thanked BStokely for doing what he did, and that he would have been devastated if he cost the team the game had he gone through with the celebration.

        Soo.....

You are just way off here. He's fine. HE's proved to be a good guy all year long, and is a favorite on the team. NO WAY do we trade this guy off... and instead.. we give him BIG money to keep him! Thats the SMART thing to do. You don't simply trade away a GAME BREAKING player because he wanted to pull a glove from his pants.

The team knew before the game what he was thinking.. right? yes they did. So it wasn't like the teammates all felt it was in bad character or self absorbed. Marshall felt the TD catch, the moment, the national tv coverage, the catch that put us up with little time on the clock.. and got caught up in the moment. Its not like he argued with Stokely about it. Stokely knew what he had and what he wanted to do, and that is why he was able to get there.

Please quit trying to make him out to be some kind of bad apple simply because he got caught up in the moment. Perhaps some of YOU need to remember that this is a sport, a game... and entertainment.

I don't care if he took out an OBAMA thong. He's a playmaker. If only Elway had Royal and Marshall his whole career.

McDaniles Career as a failure of a Head Coach is being fulfilled. Termination of McFailure has happen.

However, we COULD use it as a tissue. Or toilet paper even in an emergency. Can't do that with Broncomike.

just to play Devil's Advocate here, but what if it were a Brandon Marshall for Larry Johnson trade?

Chiefs need a receiver for next year, we need a big name RB for next year.

it would negate the need to spend unnecessary draft picks on LJ, and we could restructure his contract...and Shanny is pretty decent at finding good talent at WR, as well as motivating guys like LJ to be productive and stay out of trouble.

                      How about no.

LJ is getting up in age already still talented but the wear and tear on him is enough.

Plus why trade a physical WR within your division thats just flat out stupid right there.

I rather take my chances in the draft with a RB over a WR then trade for an RB.

Give me a Defense and no trade and lets see how far this team will go with a new MLB and S in the fold.

i think we can all agree mike is much better at finding rb talent than wr talent...

Marshall is a quality reciever. I think the media biases alot of people to alot of players much like they did with TO. It is MY OPONION they created TO, from terrell owens. and i would hate to see the same thing happen with marshall.

That being said it would be pretty foolish of Denver to trade Brandon Marshall for anyone(espeically a draft pick) who has yet to produce on the field like marshall has.
