Curious about this DT.

Do you guys think Mitch King from Iowa will be drafted next year? If so, will he still be at DT? What do you guys think of him?

Just wondering because I go to Iowa State and I have been watching him play for awhile and hes a force for Iowa in the middle

I know I already put this in the Draft/FA board but I only got one opinion over there so I was hoping some more people might look at it on this one.

I can guarantee that noone here has watched this guy play. If they have, it was probably in one game against the team they root for.

you just don't have much to say so how bout you don't say anything. Iowa has lots of things to like.

anyways...to answer the question...yes i think he will get drafted. and i think his counterpart matt kroul who is a little bigger will get a look as a FA. with the good play from an equally sized eric foster from the colts I'd say King has a good chance to be a late round pick. and i know kroul personally, hung out with him a couple times while i was at cornell in mt. vernon his home town. great guy.

I still stand by what I said.

Anyways, is this guy quick enough to move to end or does he have the stature to hold another 15-20 pounds? Those are two things that I think will need to be looked at before he is considered for the draft.

no he's pretty filled out already...i'd say only another 5lbs...which yes does still make him undersized. i'm not saying he'll be good in the nfl...but i think he could be a late round pick that plays special teams and maybe is a 3rd down speed pass rusher inside.

I went to HS in Fort Dodge, IA broncosals24 and all my friends and their parents are Hawks fans so I have been watching a lot of Iowa games the past couple years.

What is with all of this "don't look at it then" attitude.

As I said, you posted it in the wrong spot. When it was in the correct spot, I didn't look at it. Right now it is in the spot that is for talking Bronco football and that made me want to read it, only to find out it has nothing to do with the Broncos.

Keep it in the correct spot and I will be happy to never look at it again.
