Haynesworth has always been a starter. Branch does not get on the field.

Also, no one ever accused Branch of having "burst".

I would stick with Moss though. From what I've heard, Branch is fat and lazy. I think Moss can still become a dominant player.
and had problems with his shins coming out of College

yes branch was a top prospect, then he fell to rd 2 or 3,cant remeber....Reports are that he is super lazy, fat and slow. He also has personality issues.....

Profootball weekly thinks he has a good chance at getting cut.

Branch is one of the softest players I have ever seen. Classic "dominate inferior oponents at the college level" type of player.

Alan Branch was supposed to be a top five or ten pick in the draft. He fell farther than Brady Quinn into the second round. There had to be something that would have caused him to fall faster than the fat kid playing DDR. I say PASS

I've heard the same thing about both him and Gabe Watson. From the outside looking it, it appears as though Jarvis is working hard at developing, and he has great athleticism.

I don't think at this point of his career we could get very good value for Jarvis. I think the best idea is to continue to let him develop.

I agree! Moss has only played in 10 games. He's been hurt for year but is now finally healthy. Let him gain some weight/muscle this off season... with the experience/confidence he's building this year- he should be ready to roll next year. We'll see.

BUT... NO WAY do I trade him now for a QUESTION MARK. Why let some other team benefit from the work we put into Moss?

HECK, it might not even be until 2011 when Moss finally becomes Mr. Sackman.

For a while... Albert Haynesworth was known for being that guy who stepped on that other guy's head!

What does everyone think? Branch is a high second rd pick and buried on their depth chart. Moss is undersized and underachieved for first rd pick. We need size at dt and Branch is about 325, B Berry is a fa this year and the cards might like this trade.
Go after Peppers, draft a safety 1st, mlb 2nd, rb 3rd, LARGE dt 4th.
Working...
