When Mike Shannahan was with the 49r's he was the Q/B coach or O/C we got Romo out of that deal

With all of the talk about Peppers and free agency think about this for a second......... Over the last 18 years or so I have noticed that when a new coach goes to a new team they tend to take players with them...... Mcoy was with Carolina I for one hope that Peppers will follow........
