i dont know if you are joking or not but those guys would prob be pretty good linemen. they need very good body control to do what they do so i wouldnt be surprised to see someone try it someday

i watch usc play alot and what i notice is he tries to go around the block too much. for example, if the play is going to the left and a lineman blocks him right, he will allow himself to be pushed to the right a bit while getting into the backfield, then he has a longer distance to run to make a tackle. he almost washes himself out of the play. at this point he is almost nothing but upside

im talking about them acquiring the mental skills for the position, they have to understand the concept pretty well to play well since they cannot always succeed due to their physical skills.

          Physically, they're pretty ready

Ok, but would you rather have a small NT who can get really low on O-linemen or a massive NT who can simply overpower O-linemen? In the NFL size a great attribute to have.

well here in the nfl, we expect the best of the best. therefore, small NT that can also overpower the oline is the way to go. of course, some of those 350 pounders cant help being 6-4, but seeing as moal weighs in at 300, hes still got 50 pounds to go till he reaches "overpowering" status, at least as far as weight is concerned.

if you look at some of the best NTs in the league, vince wilfork (6-2, 325) and casey hampton (6-1, 325) then they are obviously one the shorter side as far as linemen go. yes, kris jenkins and jamal williams are slightly taller at 6-3 and 6-4, but they make up for it by weighing like 350 pounds or something.
Marcus Stroud (6'6") and John Henderson (6'7")

                Weight:height doesn't mean a whole lot...good is good.

Let's not forget that shorter, squatter nose tackles also have issues with stamina.

no way is he a 3-4 nose tackle. if you grab him you play him at DE in the 3-4 His game translates to being able to get to the QB and occassionally take on blocks.
