Personally I wasn't too impressed with that mock.

Seattle taking Crabtree when they just signed "Whos yo mommma".

Cleveland taking Raji when they have one of the best NT's in football.

    Denver takes Josh Freeman, huh?

Oh well, I suppose he might know more than I do, but I am still not too impressed.

Not to get nit-picky, but not only does he have us passing on Orakpo, but he has Everette Brown falling out of the 1st round.

I guess its tough to fully understand the needs of all 32 teams. I give his Mock Draft a D-.

latest reports say orakpo is too stiff in coverage. 12 is too high for a olb who cant cover he will be a 4-3 DE

I think that's likely true of a lot of these projected "transition" DE's who are going to be asked to play outside linebacker in the NFL. (Think Everette Brown, Aaron Maybin and Larry English.) Also think Elvis Dummerville, Jarvis Moss and Tim Crowder.

Who knows until you try them out.

It also serves as a "hello" moment, such as: Why don't we actually draft a real live OLB instead of a conversion project. You know, somebody who can cover passes in addition to stuffing the run and rush on the edge. (Think Cushing, Mathews, Sintim.)

Question: Would Maualuga be better in pass coverage than, say, Maybin, Brown, English, Dummervill, Moss and Crowder?)

Rick gosselin is an idiot. We would never and i mean never pass on orakpo for freeman.
