If there are, I haven't seen them yet. YouTube might have some.
The way I form my opinions is mostly by reading tons of information from as many sources as possible. And if someone peaks my interest, I'll dig through some extra searches to try and confirm or validate certain reports. Then I like to look at production, school, and scheme. Next, the postseason workout numbers and bowl games influence my opinion. Finally, I try and find a concensus among the main draft gurus as for player value.
I figure I'm not a scout, I would have no idea what technical things to look for, and plus, everyone looks good in their highlight videos. I'll let the real guys with training do it, and I'll just take their word for pros/cons after I check their opinions against other scouts for consensus. There are so many now, I believe you can basically get a true feel for a player's game without ever seeing him play. All you really need are his Combine/Pro Day measureables, his production numbers at school, and a skillset/talent consensus.
Now, with Baker, I was interested and I needed to dig for information because his draft value has no consensus. I found out he was a stud at Penn State with a bright future, but he got in an off-field brawl coming to the aid of a teammate being jumped, and that led to him ending up at Hampton (I am sure there was more to it). At Hampton, he played DE to take advantage of his athleticism, and he dominated. The coaches raved about him and his teammates called him a leader. I know the NFL Advisory Opinion gave him a 4th Round grade, then he went to the Combine and put up very impressive individual workout numbers for his size. I also know his skillset and size are rare, but understand he is a risk as well. Then, I read a Carolina beat writer report that they are zeroing in on him. If that's true, they'll have to take him in the 2nd Round since he is solidly an early-mid 3rd rounder at this time. Finally, I like that he's a fighter, a real tough guy type. To me, that translates particularly well to Nose Tackle, or to a 3-4 DE in a 2-gap system where the player is getting physically mugged every play.
Here's an interview he did that I liked. He states the Broncos have shown heavy interest in him, and he talks about his game, his goals, and how he's matured.

He doesn't seem like a loudmouth or a jerk, just wondering.
Also, the Browns need another reciever period, even if Edwards stays another year.

yeah I think its pretty bad also. Be great if it would happen though.
In the guy's defense, his point is valid, I wouldn't call it a 'very real possibility if...', but 'real' yeah its real, I would agree that it would be a very real possibility that he is there at #8.
However, the Broncos are poised to become the beneficiaries of a surprising draft-day development as they land Aaron Curry at the 12th pick. Although Curry is regarded as the best defensive prospect on the board, he experiences a bit of a free fall on draft day due to teams' reluctance to spend a high pick (and top dollar) on a linebacker that doesn't have exceptional rush skills. While this scenario appears to lack logical sense, it is a very real possibility if the Lions don't take Curry with the first overall selection

Picks 3-6 are interchangeable they all seem to want Curry or Crabtree or Monroe. Although Cleveland has shown interest as of late in Raji. Not to mention some debate Andre Smith might go ahead of Eugene but that doesnt seem likely.
Jacksonville might get Sanchez they are unhappy with degression of there QB. The Packers like is so bad its just sad, if they cant get Raji they will get Jackson and I doubt they will pass up on Raji if he comes unless they are morons.
The 9ers want a QB or a LB if they cant get Sanchez Orakpo will be gone.

Well If Curry can't rush well, we stick him inside. That would be fine with me cause we need a ILB and he is the best LB in the draft. He would add a great presence in the middle and help us with the run. We could also get lucky and maybe he turns out to have a nack for rushing the pass.
I do like Rey Rey at ILB more, but how can you pass on Curry? The thing is Curry could play ILB when we play 3-4 and shift to SAM when we line up in the 4-3.
At 18 I like Ziggy hood or Everett Brown more then Cushing, im not very high on him at all. I would much rather us look at Brown, Hood, Mathews or Moreno cause all would be better values.Humm....

12. Brian Orakpo- Would be huge steal for us and would do nice in the 3-4.
18. Rey Maualuga- May be 2 down LB But we havent seen since Al Wilson.
Curry to Lions scenario in 1st we get:
12. Tyson Jackson- Good 5 technique guy, def a postion of need for us.
18. Rey Maualuga- Same reason from above.
Rest of Broncos draft:
48. Ron Brace NT Boston College- The Broncos get another guy can play NT, and he should win the job.
79. Chip Vaughn S Wake Forest- 2nd round talent who drops, may not start but will be a key player.
84. Cody Brown OLB/DE UCONN- Broncos get a player who can play opposite of Boss and hopefully turn into a good player.
114. Glenn Coffee RB Alabama- bringing in another RB to compete will have to earn everything tho seeing as we have a lot of vets.
149. Austin Collie WR BYU- Great route runner, can play slot. Possilbe Wes Welker type.
185. Ian Campbell DE/OLB Kansas State- bringing in another rush guy to compete for the team and D.
223. Mike Reilly QB Central Washington- This guy is McD style QB, smart accurate great decesions, great leader. He will turn some heads. Could be the futre QB.
235. Rey Feinga G BYU- Bringing in a bigger guard to help get McD's system totally in place ending a lot of what Shanny has done.
I would do backflips if we somehow ended up with Orakpo and Maualuga

HAHA That would be hillarious Ild take Curry at 12 he can play both Inside and Outside and is amazing. The Chiefs will take him now that they have a new QB. He and Maybin are probably the best LB in the draft that would be awesome if it were possible.
I still say though I want Barwin as an OLB

I really like this mock a ton, especially rounds 2-7 man. Brace, Brown, and Coffee are all nice picks. I would just switch a few things around personally. I love Orakpo as a football player, I just don't think he fits our scheme. The more I see him the more i feel like he is a 4-3 end and will be too stiff to play olb in a 3-4. I am not high on Rey at all but if the draft goes this way i would say screw it and grab him at 12 and grab Hood at 18. I think Hood will be a much better player then Jackson anyways. That solidifies our line with Hood and Brace, and improves the lb core with Brown and Rey. I just don't like the idea of grabbing an ILB this early for a 3-4 when we already pay dj a lot. Jenkins would be the only other player i want at 12 in this case though.Backing Moreno, Ayers, and Smith for 09.

Yes, I know my name is outdated, too lazy to care though hah = )
