Just two things to add to your already perfect draft.....

Sign Seymour, Jolly or Spears for DE and Tim Jennings from Indy

      Draft Zoltan!

      PERFECTO!!!!

How sick would it be to have a Offensive Line like this.

          Ryan Clady - 6'6" 325lbs
          Mike Iupati - 6'6" 330lbs
          Maurkice Pouncey - 6'5" 315lbs
          Chris Kuper 6'4" 305lbs
          Ryan Harris 6'5" 300lbs

This would solve our 3rd down and Short yardage problem for the next decade

Nobody is giving up a 2nd Round pick for Scheffler. Nobody. Maybe a 4th or 5th.

Seattle, which needs an OT, QB, and CB more than air, is not giving up a top selection. Especially with Free Agency being so limited that teams will need to fill rosters needs in the draft more than ever.

It's the same thing every year with you. You do a good job identifying draft prospects, but then you do ridiculous trades and predict we draft everyone decent in college football over 100 different mock drafts.

I know I would enjoy your threads much more if you would quit changing your mind on whom we are drafting every week, and you kept your trades to realistic levels. I mean, it doesn't take a lot of intelligence or skill to make up unrealistic, one-sided trades where we acquire 50 extra picks and then toss out 100 mock drafts covering every possibility imaginable.

Identify a handful of prospects you believe in and then commit to them. Bang the drum on them all offseason. Don't waiver, don't flip flop. Don't mock everyone under the sun and the flavor of the week.

I don't understand why Bronco fans feel that everyone else in the NFL thinks Tony Scheffler is good.

No one would ever in their right mind trade a second round pick for this guy. Just cause you think he has potential doesn't mean he is every going to do anything in this league.

He has really done next to nothing in his pro career compared to most starting tight ends, and most of those guys aren't even worth 2nd rounders.

Because all Broncos players are really worth 1st rd picks but we understand that there are only so picks available. So we give a little!

I also think you guys don't value Tony Scheffler enough.

Last year he caught 49 balls with Cutler throwing to him , with Marshall catching over 100 and Royal over 90.

He is a weapon who is not being used. NFL scouts understand this.

If he was on the Colts he would have over 80 catches.

And name a TE in the draft who is going to be as good as Scheffler in the 2nd Round. I don't think there is!!!!

And Mug I have had Mike Iupati on my big board for over a month now. You should criticize. You have changed your tune alot already this year

I hear what you are saying, but being that the offseason hasnt even kicked off yet, we have no clue as to the parameters of the draft, and who knows how crazy trades might be with the lack of a CBA, isnt it ok to be all over the place at this time.

I could understand the critique if this was post senior bowl or even after the combine, but isnt just a little early, esp when the teams havent even finalized there own boards?

I am still not sold on any other option than drafting Dez Bryant with the 10th pick in this coming draft. Yes, Iputa or what ever his name is would be good in the middle and open up the run, but so would a deep threat WR who would take people out od the box. An OG would not take people out of the box, and we would still not throw the ball deep. And that is what everyone has been complaining about. Dez Bryant IMO is still the BEST option at the 10th pick.

Now, with that being said, i would be fine woth trading back to say 17-23 range and grab Iputa (sp) or a good DT.

Here is and has been my mock for months now:

                        1st- Dez Bryant WR OSU
                        2nd- Ma. Pouncey OC Florida
                        3rd- Micah Johnson ILB Kentucky
                        4th- Jermaine Cunningham DE Florida
                        6th- Zoltan Mesko P Michigan
                        7th- LeGarrett Blount RB Oregon

Say what you want about it, IMO, this is the ideal mock. We get the deep threat WR that is an elite prospect. We get our aging center replaced, better punter, short yardage back, a fast and decent DE, and ILB depth.

We should look at another gaurd in FA, whether it be Mankins or others. If we get Mankins and Seymor and thats it in FA we would still be set with them and our draft selections IMO.

                        Anyone have comments?

No thanks needed and this was not a slap at MUG. Just a friendly reminder that itway early for any one to put together a finalized mock offseason. Heck
even Mayock and Kiper arent even close.

As for both Iupati and Pouncey, yea in aperfect world I would love to have both.

I have two concerns though. A) Is starting two rookies on our O-line very smart

                            B) I REALLY want a second LARGE reciever opposite BMarsh. I think that after the Senior Bowl and Combine that it will be possible to get a top tier WO in the second round
I need more Oline, please and thank you

                              1. Colquitt was signed for next year, don't expect a punter in the draft.

                              2. If you followed any of the recent FA threads, you cannot rely on any FA signings. Mankins will be an RFA and most likely retained by Patsies unless new CBA.

                              3. Having a speedy stretch the field WR is nice and all, but who is going to get him the ball down the field? Orton? HA! Who?
