Notes:
This is one of the more exciting Bowl games for me even though the teams don't sport a ton of talent. Ryan Mallett is just fun to watch. He might have the strongest arm on the planet and you never know where the ball will end up. If he comes out, a team will draft him in the Top 10, but he needs to sit for a year. His accuracy isn't terrible, but it needs refinement. Petrus is a great OG/OC prospect. I think Denver could look at both of these players very hard in the draft, though I expect Mallett will not be there when we select in the 1st Round.
Meanwhile, East Carolina is full of tremendous prospects that are flying under the radar to this point. Denver could look at any and all of their D-line prospects. Jay Ross gets the most hype (only hype?) but he's the worst of the bunch. The WR, Dwayne Harris, is one of the most dynamic playmakers in college football. He's someone to watch and Denver could definitely use somebody like him.
This is probably the "smaller" bowl game with the most potential prospects that Denver could look at. Most of these guys are not headline names at this point, though if the Juniors declare, they will be as the draft approaches.
