      Dunlap...WAYYYYYYYYYYY to high...Not for real

      Hernandez...WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to high...

I'm glad to see Brandon Graham getting some love...If he falls to the second pick for Denver...WOW Him and DOOM, sorta like what they have in PITT with Woodley...

If We take McClain #1, Graham #2...Could Ayers move to DE...That would be kinda interesting to see...He was projected as a DE in a 4-3...I know, I know...3-4 DE need to be alot bigger, butIf you look at some other 3-4 DE there not that much bigger...

Everyone seems to be saying no to Brian Price in a 3-4, but 3-4 is not just about being able to take up 2 blockers and hold some ground, its about making them use 2 blockers on you. I don't care so much about the question do they project as a 2 gap or a 1 gap, I wanna know are they going to beat a guy one on one and make them use 2 offensive lineman.

Since I don't see anyone saying we should take him, I gotta throw his name in as a dark horse candidate. You want someone to be disruptive at the line of scrimmage, he's your best shot at the #11 pick.

Dan Williams is a better 3-4 prospect than Brian Price.

Price is a good player but Dan Williams is better.

You can't compare players in that sense, if they don't play the same position.

Price is a 3-4 DE, Williams a NT. Actually, coming to think of it, Price would mean more to the team if we got him so I'd even argue he's a better player to draft.

I could see Brian Price eventually turning into a Darnell Dockett type. They don't have similar physical attributes (Dockett - 6'4"/285 and Price 6'2"/300), I understand that, and that can't be your only case unless Price was 6'2"/240. Both were great penetrating natural 3-tech DT's out of college, and basically live in opponents backfield with their great leverage and motors. I could see Price really playing anywhere across the front 3, similar to what Dockett does. We desperately need a disruptive force across the front 3, and apart from Suh and McCoy, Price is the next best penetrating prospect at the DT position.

I prefer Brian Price, just my humble opinion. 12 sacks and 4 forced fumbles in 3 years, more tackles for loss, more solo tackles, gets a lot of penetration. 3-4 DE that can play DT on 3rd down and rush the passer. Could be a good replacement for Kenny Peterson. But damn, will McDaniels even care about replacing his buddy?

http://www.prodraftparty.com/ #92 my favorite player in this year's draft. he will be going top 10

Dan Williams had 61 Tackles in the SEC(which is a tougher conference). I still think that Price is good but a little small.

Brian Price just seems like he belongs in a 4-3. I don't see the point in trying to make him transition.

If we trade Scheff, should we go for Aaron Hernandez? This guy is a BEAST. I saw some of you say he is rated to high, but this guy is awesome. He catches every ball throw his way. He is a great blocker. I think if we could get his in the 3rd i would be happy.

Price, probably is a lock for a 4-3 team- but he really is an interesting candidate for 3-4DE

I like the Darnell Dockett comparison, you want a disrupter, this is a guy you want. You want a prototypical 3-4DE, you want someone else. You want someone to do better at 2 gapping and perhaps forcing the RB up field when they get to the edge, you may want someone else. You want someone to be able to play the 3-4DE and still get to the passer, this may be the guy that you want.

Here's the key thing, out of all the reasonable 3-4DE candidates(excluding Suh/McCoy) This is the guy that is most likely to force the other side to use 2 blockers on him.
