Definitely agree. A straight up swap is a horrible trade for us, but if they throw a 2nd or 3rd in there it'd be pretty fair.

We Could just draft Ma. Pouncey in the early 2nd round or try to get Eugene Amano from the Titans.

Pouncey IMO is the solution to our line issues. We should get picks for Marshall if anything. If we could get another 1st that would be great. If we could draft both McClain and Bryant in the first i would be beyond happy

Nick Mangold is the best OC in the NFL. The Jets would die before they traded him for Marshall. They have a run-first coach. The most important member of their entire line is Mangold.

If we could clone Marshall two or three times and trade all three, at that point they might consider the trade for more than 2 seconds before saying "no".

Marshall is not as valuable as Nick Mangold. He's not even close.

Maybe you haven't seen what Marshall can do to win games. Look at the DAL, NYG, and even though we lost these games IND and Wash. He creates miss-matches for opposing D's and is a top 5 WR. A Top 5 WR is way more important than the best C.

but in a run first offense the line is more important than any top receiver, why because Marshall will probably complain that he doesn't get the ball enough and demand out making it a stupid trade for the jets. You just don't replace your best player on your line for a receiver in a run first offense its just stupid. I mean if we could get yay, but I won't hold my breath.

Exactly! Thank you. Honestly though it should have been self explanatory. In other words Common Sense.

CP to ya for explaining it to the masses.

I say just get a 1st and 3rd for him and draft

                          Maurkice Pouncey - Center Florida

We could then use the 3rd Round Pick on

                          1. Dexter McCluster
                          2. Micah Johnson
                          3. Denario Alexander
                          4. Vladmir Duccasse
                          5. Alex Carrington

Maurkice Pouncey has a ton of potential and is 6'5" 315lbs!!!

This would never happen. The Jets are a run first/defensive team. Besides, they have good enough wr's. Braylon, Cotchery, Keller, Smith. They wont trade Mangold, not happening.
