Gotta love the youtube scouts and their "consensus" scouting reports on a player.

Was that a stab at me?

I just used youtube to show people what I've seen from games, and it's not like just because a players highlights are on youtube means they aren't valid in evaluating a player.

We saw the same problem with the last QB to come out of BYU I forget his name but he went in the 2nd rd to Miami. And now is like 3rd or 4th string in Baltimore.
John Beck was the QB, and they are older due to the 2 year missions most LDS men serve. But I don't believe that's the reason why most BYU QB's aren't great. I believe it's just that they aren't that talented to begin with. John Beck was a terrible pick, but then again, it's the same people who drafted Ginn @ number 9. And the QB class wasn't exactly dynamite that year...Russell,Quinn,Kolb,Beck,Stanton and Edwards were the top 6 QBs taken

Brian Jackson, CB, Oklahoma Highest Projection- 5th round.

          Criminally underrated.
People that have Franks rated as a 1st rounder tend to forget that
he couldn't beat out Brian for the #1 CB spot for most of the season.

He's a big, physical, raw corner.
6'1", 200 lbs., 4.55 speed, 5% Bodyfat (lowest on the team).
Cons: he seems to play slower on tape, looks a little robotic in motion, and lacks deliberation.

On the other hand, his size makes him a great tackler, helps him get his hands
on the passes that he does close in on, and makes him an above average press corner.

His skillset reminds me of Al Harris.
He was a star high-school recruit and he has flashed that at times.

          Biggest Concerns from Scouts: Speed

If he can clock in at 4.45 in Indy he should jump into the 3rd.

Lorenzo Washington, DT/DE, Bama Highest Projection- 6th round.
          6'4", 288 lbs, 4.9 speed.

A versatile lineman. Prototypical size for a 5 tech.
The guy showed up in big games, go back and watch the
          SEC championship.

He's good. I'm too lazy to write a report on him.
          But trust me, he's good.

He also has a way with words.
He said his under the radar status,
was due to being a "light bulb next to the sun" at Bama.

Steve Young was a BYU QB. He was pretty good, if I remember right

As I said earlier Jonathan Crompton U of Tennesee QB will be an eventual Boom, not right away but in year 2 or 3 of his professional career people will start wondering why he went all the way to the 4th round.

Good call. I like Crompton as a sleeper, and a potential starter down the road.

Can someone tell me why they believe Crompton is going to be a sleeper?

And I should read up on the CB from OU, and the DE from Bama.

Tony Washington- 6'7 305 Abilene Christian OT Unless he has an outstanding combine, he'll go in the mid to late rounds of the draft. He'll also be a quality starter if not a star player within 2-3 years.

LaGarette Blount is gonna be a force in the NFL, IMO.

Seyi Ajirotutu from Fresno has drawn many comparisons to big receivers like Vincent
Jackson from many scouts/coaches including SD former coach Marty.

And if Trevard Lindley falls past the 3rd round like everyone thinks he will he will
be a steal because how can you watch him play then say he is not good. He looked
bad at the Senior Bowl for an unknown reason but since 2007 he has been a great
                        CB in the SEC.
