I'm on the Dan LeFevour bandwagon, he just seems to get "it"

I think McCoy is in the same class as Bradford and Clausen...if he falls to the 3rd we have to take a look
If McDaniels likes Brandstater then I think we take a guy like Lefevour or Pike in the 4th or 5th...personally I dont think Brandstater is anything other than a 2nd or 3rd stringer...
Tebow is going early to the Jags for popularity reasons...tryin to sell tickets over there so he will be gone when we go for a QB
McCoy should be our guyComment

John Skelton
I would have to go Skelton in the 4th. He's a big quaterback, has one hell of an arm, and isn't afraid to tuck it and run. For his size, he is pretty mobile. I really think this guy has all the tools to make it big at the next level. I just hope the combine doesn't push him up into the 3rd.Comment

In all reality Sam Bradford(wash) and Jimmy Clausen(buff) will be gone by the time the broncos draft.
Which of these guys would you like to see in orange and blue next year?
Colt McCoy, QB, Texas
Tim Tebow, QB, Florida
Tony Pike, QB, Cincinnati
Jonathan Crompton, QB, Tennessee
Ryan Perriloux, QB, Jacksonville State
Dan Lefevour, QB, Central Michigan
I'm all for Dan Lefevour!!
No all jokes aside, this is one of the most debated 1st round QB classes ever. Clausen isnt even in McShay's first round and drew a JP Lossman comparison. Bradford has the shoulder and knee question marks.
Honestly, I hate all of the QBs you listed. I wouldnt mind taking the kid Skelton as a project, but if you want my honest answer it's call up Tampa Bay and do what it takes to get Bradford at #3.Comment

My top 5 QBs' would be
1. Sam Bradford
2. Jimmy Clausen
3. Dan Lefeavor
4. John Skelton
5. Jevan Snead
Yes i left out Colt Mcoy and Tim Tebow. Because they are both college style quarterbacks.Last edited by Ohenhen12345; 02-18-2010, 12:01 AM.Comment

Not sure I agree with this.... Take a look at the quality of QBs in the playoffs last year. Is there any doubt that a Franchise QB is the most important position to any team?
I do not believe we have a franchise QB right now.
If Bradford or Claussen is available; I think the discussion has to happen.
Personally I would love to see an investment in the DL (at least before the UDFA pool like last year), but it is tough to argue that we don't need an upgrade at QB.Comment

I just think Denver needs to draft a franchise QB, there are too many people that are just too bitter over the Cutler trade, still. Drafting a top QB prospect who could win us some games might help change this.sigpic
