Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

What about this guy, he had a great senior bowl practice, was impressed with him, could play NT or DE in a 34 defence, The broncos should trade down and get an extra 2nd round pick.

1. Iupati
2. Cam Thomas
2. JD Walton
That to me would be a dream draft.
you do know JD walton is probably going to be one of the worst centers taking in this draft, he has really short arms and horrible agility that is a real bad combination for a center.
try this as a dream draft, trade down in the 1st to get another 2nd rounder
1st round- lupati
2nd round- toby gerhart
2nd round- jordan shipley
3rd round- cam thomas

no because he could be there in the 3rd and i beleive wr depth is good
not that good would be ALOUGHT better if we draft shipley and dump stokley, stoke just doesnt have the moves anymore man and he dropped way to many passes on 3rd down last year

oh ya thats a dream draft
2 things.
Walton is the centre with close to the longest arms last time I checked.
Centre in the PBS needs to be agile? If they're a mauler, take 'em.
Your hate for Walton is either bias or through a lack of knowledge.

Let me back you up with some numbers here Lukic. Per the combine measurements:
JD Walton arm length: 33 3/8
Maurkice Pouncey arm length: 32 1/2
Matt Tennant arm length: 32 1/4
Eric Olsen arm length: 32 1/2
Ted Larsen arm length: 32
The ONLY center with longer arms that is projected to be drafted is Eric Cook, and his arms are just 1/2 inch longer than Waltons.
Walton is a beast. Is he super quick and agile? No, he's a power driver, which is what McD wants in the new scheme. He's an absolute mauler, and plays with more nastiness than any center in this draft.

Your evaluation of Walton? Obviously you don't know what the heck your talking about, if I were you I'd find another sport like knitting.

I thought this was a thread about a possible NT from Carolina?
From everything I've read about Thomas, he seems to have alot of natural strength and a good base to play the nose in a 3-4. I'd love for the Broncos to draft him, it's just going to be tricky to figure where he goes. I think hoping for him to fall to the third may be too late to get him.

no actually I am sitting here READING a draft book right now and it says shortest arms poor poor agility, has the highest chance of failure among all centers in this draft
