Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

This is a tough one. I would say Haden, but they just traded for Sheldon Brown. They spent a lot of money on ILB this year...They apear set at OLB with Roth and Gocong... Holmgen says he doesnt like Clausen....
Hmmm...Dez Bryant? Reach for Earl Thomas? IDK...I'm gonna have to think about this one for a little while.
Haden, there no way they pass him up, i say they could take Thomas here to though.
They just paid big money (plus draft picks) for Sheldon Brown. Plus Eric Wright is an above average corner. I think it would come down to Earl Thomas or Jimmy Clausen.
Thomas. That'd give them a big time playmaker and round out a pretty decent secondary. I have no idea why they traded Wimbley though, it'd be nice to have some pass rush to go along with a secondary.
This doesn't have anything that goes along with what the Browns need. The options listed were:
Jason Pierre-Paul - DE
Derrick Morgan - DE
Rolando McClain - ILB
Joe Haden - CB
Anthony Davis - OT
Trent Williams - OT
Jimmy Clausen - QB
CJ Spiller - RB
Dez Bryant - WR
Other - specify
The Browns needed a CB. The Browns traded with the Eagles for one. So, you can check that off. The Browns needed an OLB. The Browns traded for and are high on Gocong. So, check that off for the time being. The Browns need an offensive tackle on the right side of the line. The Browns signed Pashos. So, check that off for the time being. So, now the Browns have OLB, RT, and CB checked off the need list for the time being.
So that leaves, according to the thread starter:
QB
RB
WR
ILB
The Browns have D'Qwell Jackson and Scott Fujita. So, do the Browns really need to spend a draft pick on another? No. So, that should be checked off the list. The Browns also just traded for Hillis. So, like it or not, that leaves the Browns with Harrison, Hillis, Davis, and Jennings at RB. So, really, no need to draft another running back for a crowded backfield.
So, that leaves QB, WR, and Other.
The Browns signed Delhomme and traded for Wallace. So, for the time being QB is not real high on the list. Also, Holmgren stated he's not particularly fond of this QB class. So, check off RB and QB.
That leaves just WR and "Other".
Is Dez Bryant a team player or is he a lone wolf type WR. Well, a lot of news has gone around about his personality issues. So, he doesn't exactly fit the mold of the type of reciever that Holmgren and Mangini like. So, I would count him out.
That leaves, "Other".
The Browns have a desperate need for a safety. Not just one safety but two starting safeties. The Browns need a SS and a FS. Eric Berry is off the board. The Browns current starting safeties (going into the season) are:
