  • Perhaps there were other teams that wanted to get him off waivers and we were higher on the 'waiver order'. Hence the 'assigned' language.

All it takes to win is doing whatever it takes to win: COMMITMENT

      • Who wont sign their tender?

With June coming near teams who do not have players signed to their tenders can actually decrease the amount they pay them. When that deadline hits we will see who is really committed to making more money with more time.

Now that Dumervil has signed http://www.sbnation.com/2010/5/18/14...ns-tender-camp We can predict who wont sign without it being to personal

        • DOOM hasn't signed his tender yet, only an injury waiver.

No but all indications are that he'll have a contact in place before the deadline, so I think it's fair to keep him off the list.
Only fools bet against Tim Tebow.

              Team Tebow #108

              Yards, without points, mean nothing.

              • Its funny McIntosh was signed to a 2nd round tender and because of his knee that forced him to miss 2 games 2 years ago he wasnt signed but Merriman gets tendered for a 1st and 3rd.

If O.J. wasnt on IR last year I guarantee the Rams couldnt keep him, ts amazing how many of these player had injury problems and are still not signing.

After visiting three teams last week, former Cowboys center Cory Procter has chosen to sign with the Miami Dolphins.

Procter was picked up off the Lions practice squad by Bill Parcells in Dallas, and joins him again. Procter can play center and guard. He will help replace Justin Smiley on the roster; Smiley was traded for a conditional late-round pick on Monday.

We mentioned over the weekend that Jake Grove and Joe Berger were competing for the starting center job in Miami. Procter's acquisition makes you wonder if Grove's roster spot is guaranteed.
