    I didn't think they would do anything last season and look what happened. I hope they surprise me even more this season. The future looks bright and I can't wait.

      I think he must of broke out of the closet at the end of the draft because they drafted Jacoby Ford who runs a 4.2 lol.

        Lets see, we wer 7 overall defense last year and we added a lot on fa. Our run defense should be vastly improved as well as our red zone not to mention more depth allows more rotation and less fatigue at the end of the season. And the defense has a years experience in the new sytem. Offense lose marshall-on the feild it hurts, shef- not so much. Fix the o-line so the run and red zone should be much better, get some good, big wide recievers now we can put eddie in slot, stretch the field and have a go to on third down. And of course one more year in system for those returnig and a better quality backup for the qb position in case he's needed. Do I think we make the superbowl, probably not, but I would think we are much better than last year and I can definitely see improving on the record and making playoffs. I would wait and be patient anyway if it meant playoffs every year and a few rings. But with the improvements we've made, especially in the trenches, I don't see why we wouldn't improve over last year.

          I agree. Tebow is the news of our draft but Demaryius Thomas (virtually the same physical specimen as BMarsh) may have a shot at OROY. I know thats optimistic but Bradford has to learn the offense and get used to the NFL, OTs dont get the OROY, CJ Spiller might have to split the load with Marshawn Lynch, Ryan Matthews i guess has a shot too, Dez Bryant will have to split catches with Roy Williams, Miles Austin and Jason Witten, Tebow has to learn a lot and Jahvid Best plays for the Lions haha. (those are just first rounders i know. there are some diamonds in the rough in the later rounds)
          Thomas will prolly be our #1 reciever (unless he gets beaten out of the spot). He is a physical specimen that is similar to the one we just traded out. he will have some good vets to learn from (Lloyd, Graham, Royal, Gaffney, etc.) and will play against one of the best (if not the best) secondary in the league everyday in OTAs and training camp. Eric Decker will compete as well and he was highly scouted until his foot injury.
          Best of luck to all the the Denver Broncos 2010 NFL Draft picks and UDFAs

            It's commendable that Josh McDaniels wants to bring in his guys, who buy into his system and win the way he's seen teams win elsewhere. But to rid ourselves of all but 1 offensive weapon (Moreno, not sure what will happen with Royal this year) and not really address the defense at all (save for Cox) I can't help but think we're going backwards. He had a decent team coming into last year. We're in contention for a playoff spot just about every season. I don't see that being the case this year. I don't want us to rebuild for a few years before winning. McDaniels doesn't have (or at least shouldn't have with his 2 drafts) the luxury of a few years.

              Bronco Boy 2012, I agree with your draft assessment in your sig. I think we could've added a LB too since Andra Davis is gone. We didn't.

                WANTED:
                Competent, motivated football team. Nothing flashy. Solid defense, especially front seven capable of defending the run. Occasional LB blitz required. Offense with running game. Intermediate and long passing game a plus. Good XandO's, good positional coaching. Would like to win now. Super Bowl not essential, but must at least be competitive in nearly every game. Will allow one blowout loss, but no more than one.

                ~~~~~~
                Honestly, I think we may finish last in the division. KC and Oakland came on at the end of last season. Our offensive schemes weren't that effective last season. Our O-line should have at least two new starters, promising though they are. Our receiving corps will have at least one new starter.
                  But the thing is that they got him at good value instead of a 1st or 2nd like they usually do.
                    Josh wouldn't release anybody unless he had a competent starter. I want to see a couple veterans signed before years end
