That looks just about right. I think the biggest camp battles to watch will be Lloyd v. McKinley for the final WR spot, and Thomas v. Smith for the final spot in the DL rotation.

I'm also really hoping Brown impresses and makes his way onto the team as a 3rd or 4th running back option.

why even keep reid? he is going to miss over half of the season due to knee surgery and even then he wont be at full speed to even make a difference, plus I doubt we keep 5 safeties especially since jones doubles as a backup safety. I really think we need to keep tony carter he didnt look to bad the last couple of games
A healthy Kenneth Dixon is a top 5 NFL RB.

              Just a few thoughts:

I do not think we are done yet and Josh will add a couple vets to the team, namely an OT and OLB.

Reid will most likely be placed on the PUP, because he most likely will not be fully ready to play until October. This gives Kirlew a great opportunity to make the team, he just needs to outplay Moss. If we ever needed a pleasant surprise, it would be Moss breaking out as an OLB and giving us three quality guys...I'm not really hopeful on that one.

If Greisen is 100%, he could challenge Woodson for the 4th ILB spot. I would not be surprised at all is Wesley gets shopped to maybe land one of the positions I mentioned before. I would think some 4-3 team that runs a variation of the Tampa 2 would see Wesley as a guy who could possibly start at Will.

I think the way Decker will be used will determine which WR gets cut/traded. If he looks like a slot guy (my opinion) then Stokley may get cut/traded. If the coaches feel he is an outside WR, then Lloyd vs McKinley will battle it out.

DL: Bannan, McBean, Green, Thomas, Williams, Baker, Fields...I agree these fuys make the team (barring any injuries). If Smith plays well then we could keep 8, but we may also try to trade a Thomas or McBean to recoup the 5th round pick we spent in this draft.

DB: Barrett is going to have a very hard time making this team. Last year we really missed having a 6th CB and had to go out and sign Law. We need Smith and Cox to play up to their talent level this year. I believe we go back to the more conventional 6 CB & 4 Safeties. If we go only 5 CB, I expect we will carry two more on the PS.

              R Ayers - B Cofield - A Haynesworth - CJ ohnson
              J Anderson - J Beason - DJ Williams
              R Bailey - P Amukamara - R Hill - A Goodman

Fozell Adams would be a solid addition. He's old and isn't what he used to be, but he's the best left on the market and would be the best to replace to replace Clady until he's ready. Adams is big and can maul in the run game.

Great Job with the assessment! I too think there will be more movement on McDaniels behalf because he has stated that he thinks there will be a chance for us to regain some of our draft picks.

It does make alot of sense with your assessment with Wesley Woodyard. I think he may be too small to play in our defense and we may get some good value for him regarding 4-3 defenses.

This board will go nuts once again if Woodyard is traded and I think its a real possibility.

Lloyd will be on the roster in 2010

We all ready paid him a $500,000 signing bonus on his 2 year contract. Lloyd is pretty much a lock.
