I know some of you were somewhat excited about the Broncos bringing him in, so I thought I would pass along the info.....

Seems a little weird that they released him so quickly. I didnt think he was going to make the team but i kind of wanted to see him play in the preseason. Hopefully this means that toney baker makes the roster.

That's a good question. I wonder if something is wrong with him? Maybe they just like the depth they have at RB now.....?

So much for Chris Brown being the steal of the UDFA. He didn't even make it to training camp.

I think the off-season roster limit is 80. There are 69 players currently listed on the roster. Neither Brown nor Lyons are on there, but other rookie FAs are. Interesting...

It's possible that they had to cut Brown to make room for Lyons, but I was kind of thinking that the kid messed up somehow (missed a meeting, workout, etc?) and they weren't going to put up with it.

Notice something? Now, everybody is listed. Still no Brown or Lyons, but there are 88 players there.
