I got to thinking about places where Russell may fit. I think the best places for him are Washington under McNabb or Minnesota under Favre. Both players would be perfect role models as to how you succeed in the NFL. I know Favre gets special treatment and all of that stuff. But on the field and in the locker room he would show Russell how to do it. McNabb is not a great vocal leader but again, he would add a ton of value to Russell's career.sigpic
