  • Young Polamalu

I know this guy is only a Junior...but what are the odds we wind up with him on our Defense?
I think he has great agressive play...much like the energy Troy Polamalu has

How the hell is a 6'3 240 pound linebacker being compared to a dynamic 5'10 210 pound safety?

To the OP, Tank Carder is really, really dumb. Idk that I could handle a guy like that on our D.

Ill tell you who has the potential to be a young polamalu and I know evry1 thinks I'm crazy but David Bruton I think if he started at SS he would start making a serious name for himself he's a punishing bob sanders type hitter with ridiculous speed (I think he's faster than polamalu) people think he suspect in coverage because he blew 1 or 2 plays but he's better than ppl realize give him three years as a starter and hell be one of the best safeties in the NFL

Instincts over speed at that position every day of the week. Bruton does not have Troy's instincts, he doesn't move well side to side, and he takes horrible angles. Straight line speed only gets you so far.

He has taken better angles than before, plus he is playing ST and Safety. If he focuses on safety I think he can be pretty damn solid.
                          He needs PT though.

Troy wasn't fantastic his first year as a starter he got a chance to get better with PT. Give my boy bruton a starting spot he'll become a beast in 2-3 yrs tops especially at SS; he's used to playin FS I think hed have more success at SS he has the size to make the switch

                              mmm nice call on Te'o

watched him all my career and got to play with him for a couple weeks when I got called up from the JV.

Guy is an absolute monster who can form tackle, lay the wood, has instincts, not to mention he is prototypical 6'2''-6'3'', probably around 245 now, and I believe legit 4.6 speed, probably will clock 4.7 ish at the combine. Plays with a chip on his shoulder, and clear cut the best player to ever come out of Hawaii. (Saying something because his town's local high school, Kahuku, has produced the most NFL players of any high school in the nation)

Guy's calves are like tree trunks, biceps bigger than my head, and that was 3 years ago in high school.

Really high character guy too. His dad is one of our coaches, and works Manti til no end. Good background, devout mormon, and it's looking less likely he'll be going on his mission because of the success he is having.

I have no doubt he will be getting a lot of NFL looks next year if he decides to declare and I would love for him to play for the broncos.
