Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

So Deangelo Williams and C Johnson hitting FA.......interesting
Why won't carolina pay Johnson? They pay their drafted talent very well. Unles money is the only thing on his mind and another team offers him an extremely high contract he's staying. He's stated he wants to stay.
The difference was is mcD brought in scrubs and people want Fox to bring in studs
Agreed. Maroney was a joke, Gaffney was good. Every coach goes threw those years when heading to a new team. Kubes did in Houston for awhile too. Fox will bring in guys that are grinders, not fairies.
McDaniels was criticized for bringing in so many Patriots. It's Ok for Fox to bring in a bunch of Panthers?
Don't get me wrong, but is history repeating itself here?
If we start trading off draft picks for journeymen then yeah, he will get criticized for it.
It's normal for coaches to bring in veteran players they know and are comfortable with. McD, regularly traded off draft picks for them. FA's are another matter.
