They must be targeting the 2nd or 3rd round for a RB.

i'm guessing 3rd. If it were second, they would be looking at Leshoure, Ryan Williams, or Daniel Thomas. those backs look more like Fox's backs in Carolina.

I really like DeMarco Murray. He's not an every down back, but we could use a speed back, and a compliment to Moreno. Murray would definetly fit that. Let's take him 3rd round :thumb:

He's getting a lot of looks. He's already had 2 FULL visits. He's 1 of only 2 players to be given that by that Pats, and the only guy the Saints have done this with. Kinda surprising considering he has a 2nd round grade at absolute best.

I think a running back by us inside of the first 3 rounds would be just plain stupid by the broncos front office. With our defense and adequate players at RB, I wouldnt understand it.

I would have a target of Da;Rel Scott from Maryland. A 6th rounder who is built like an every down back and has break away speed. Something we need. A change of pace back.

Very interesting, it wouldn't be my first choice but I wouldn't mind picking up a RB in the draft, how about Mark Ingram with the 2nd overall? Seriously though, some depth never hurts IMO

I agree with this. Heck, Arian Foster was undrafted last year and look at the impact he had this past season.

I dont see how Da-Rel Scott makes it out of the mid 6th honestly. he is far to talented and too much of a complete Runningback to go undrafted.

I want Alex Green RB, Hawaii. He isn't getting hype, because he played in hawaiis system, but I think he has great value in the later rounds.

                          Scott has durability concerns right?

I thought I read somewhere that Fox really likes back like Mikel LeShoure, Illinois. I wonder if that comment was made in a vaccuum - ala 'if Denver didn't have a back, he'd go with LeShoure'.

All that being said - I'd much rather he sign a FA to supplement RB, than waste one of our picks in a draft so deep.

We could probably still get a potential starter in round three with the depth of the draft this year - and we need them on D.

I guess if there's no free agency then we might as well get one in the draft...
