All that being said - I'd much rather he sign a FA to supplement RB, than waste one of our picks in a draft so deep.

We could probably still get a potential starter in round three with the depth of the draft this year - and we need them on D.
Mikel Leshoure is my second favorite back behind Ryan Williams, and that say A LOT!. i wouldn't mind Leshoure at 48.

The problem I see is that Fox LOVES RBs and has said that Denver needs more of them. He likes to run the ball rather than pass. But, without FA (uncertain there WILL be a FA period at all or maybe a very brief one), teams will have to address most of their needs through the draft.

So, I can see Denver taking a RB with #34 even though I don't like that idea. I want to see MORE defense and MORE defense the first 2 rounds. THEN take a TE or RB or OT with the 3rd round pick.

I'm not a fan of drafting a RB but I think it will happen. We all know how big the problems on defense are but I expect picks for the offense as well. At least 2 picks. Maybe even 3 for the defense, 3 for the offense. I hope not, but you never know.

I'd love Kendall Hunter, especially if he falls to the third. He's a great back.

Broncos must be looking for third-down backs. Hunter is a good pass blocker, and Murray is an excellent receiver.

Fox specifically said they were looking to add a RB, or even a "change of pace back", as he called it.

You know whats really interesting is if we plan on targeting a 2nd to 3rd round RB, it means we won't pursue Randolph; then it's Quinn's job at TE outright.

I wonder if this staff has more faith in him than McDaniels'?

If playing every game in his senior year is having durabuility issues then yeh. He is injury prone. During his 2009 campaign he was injured. Not as of late.

Contrary to popular belief, Richard Quinn is a very nice TE. He's a fantastic blocker and his draft stock skyrocketed when his hands rocked the combine. I see no reason to replace him.

I think a lot of people actually like him. He was just in Mcd doghouse and preety much as soon as Mcd left quinn took majority of snaps during the game. Even had a reception.

I would like Alex Green out of Hawaii as a late round pick, played really well against USC in their bowl game if memory serves correct.
