YOu are right, it is all a gamble, and that includes PP. First round CB don't always pan out either, they are either bust or they are moved to S, so what exactly is your point. The Broncos have a major need at DL not CB, it would be extremely stupid to take a CB and neglect the DL position. After years of neglect, and then come with the excuse that the draft is deep, we can take Nevis and so and so in the 2nd round. Drake Nevis sucks, there is a reason he is rated in the 2nd round. The Broncos need talented playerss, not more average players at the DL position.

I think the pass rush makes the defense not the corners that's why I think we should kinda take a giants approach to building our defense. We should draft von miller, then peae, then another DT with our second second. Just think with almost Every team wanting to throw the ball 50 times and score points you need more then 1 pass rushes. If we put miller at OLB all he does is really open up our playbook for what we can do. Him doom and ayers all rushing the passer at the same time, that's how you stop peyton manning you gotta get to him with your pass rush you don't try to cover one on one
