I agree 100 percent. Fairley is a monster, I'm not impressed with dareus at all

I dont agree with your assumption but you have a right to your opinion.Nick Fairley is the best DT in this draft ala national champianship.If Denver selects Fairley it would be their best pick in quite some time.I dont think it will happen,but if it does we are moving in the right direction.

If we do end up getting a NT like Dareus, we need to grab Drake Nevis with our 46 pick. He may slip to our 3rd rounder and that would be a STEAL but probably not. Nevis is really underrated IMO and will be a solid pass-rushing DT in the 4-3.

Dareus has the quickness and agility to play UT

Dareus can play both.
His 10 yard split, and play on the field is proof that he is a very athletic linemen.
He might be bigger than your average UT but that is just going to help tons in the run defense, while still giving a great interior pass rusher.

I really think trading down to #5 with AZ would be best case. It depends on if they feel strongly enough about Gabbert or Miller imo. If we can make a trade down like that then. I think Dareus is still on the board at 5 if we trade down. Win Win for us, and if he is gone Peterson or Quinn would be fine backup plans.

if we trade down and don't pick dareus, and he goes 3 cause newton went one gabbert 2 then we lose i think we need to get dareus to start our rebuilding right
