omg we can not let him slide if he drops to us in the second........... most likely someone will take him before our first pick in the second so we can be like darn......well.....and be absolved of not getting this guy.

yes im a dame homer but this dude would help out our team big time......

ya im all for defense but if a guy can move the sticks guess what?.............that helps the defense.

i dont watch college football in general but i make it a point to watch dame when i can......... and kyle rudolph is..is.....wow.

game situations dame would need the first and it would just be a rudolph play alott. teams knew it... hed be bracketed and they more times than not give him the nod and bang it would be a first down....virtualy unstoppable........ this post should go in the man crush 1 that al put up but its its own beast......come get some ......lets go irish!!!

Rudolph is a stud, he would instantly make the team better. Look at our own division and look how we get killed by TE's every year. Gates, Miller, and Moeaki. If he is there when we pick in the second it shouldn't even be question.

I hope we dont touch him. We have Quinn and Gronk. Maybe we add a late rounder. Or a FA. Receiving TE's are not hard to find and we dont need to waste a high pick on one. Add moredefense.

I think you're wrong. IMO good receiving TEs are hard to find. We had one in Scheffler, but McD made sure he left town. We have no threat at TE right now. Quinn and Gronk are scrubs. Maybe Quinn can develop, but I haven't seen jack squat from him in two whole seasons, so my expectations are low.

Rudolph is a stub no doubt, and TEs add a huge amount of versatilty to your offensive attack (some even say they are the QBs best friend since they're often the easiest matchup to get open). I think the presence of a great TE would really help Tebow's growth as a QB, but I still think we should go defense and OT with our first 4 picks.

Fox has never had a big time TE atleast in his last few years. Rosario would be a good pickup. He is solid all aorund. Marquez Branson would hve been a good addition to our passing game and would have been perfect for us.

We are fine at TE with a late round addition and a FA addition like Daunata Rosario.

PS: Quinn is not a scrub. He was a great blocking TE after Mcdaneils left and he found the field

If we picked someone up in FA to start then I'd be ok with our group. I just would like to add a legitimate receiving threat at TE to help Tebow out, and that's just not Quinn's game at all. He's a good blocker yes, but I'd like to see more out of a former 2nd round pick TE.

                  Rudolph>every TE on the roster

We are not fine at the TE position way to many times in clutch situations did our TEs not come thru

Also Fox is giving the Coordinators pretty much free reign, so expect to see an offense similar to NE

At some point we will be developing a new QB whether it be Tebow or a new QB and a TE like Rudolph will do wonders

Expect to see an offense like NE? Last time I checked NE doesn't run the ball on 3rd and 8.

This is going to be a strictly run first offense, and it may be painful to watch at times.

Im excited to see a run first offense personally. Tebow will not have to do everything or orton. Mereno should come through and our lineman will not have to the hardest thing asked of them wjich is to drop back 40-50 times per game.

Once again Fox is not running the offense, McD's offense was actually supposed to include a big portion of run game, but it was just so abysmal we gave up on it. The offense was relatively successful so if it ain't broke dont fix it.

I dont think the passing game was all that creative. It seemed like when things got tough just throw it down the field to Lloyd.

I say a whole new offense is installed. Tebow will thrive in a scheme where he is not the sole guy who has to sling it all over the place like the last scheme expected. He will be able to hand it off and wont have to go through as many progressions. Plus the ground game will be totally reworked no doubt. He will major in zone running and with our athletic oline we should return to 2008 form.

I'm not saying a clone offense or anything, we will fit the scheme to the players and our strength is our receivers. We will have to pass, that being said I expect a lot more of the run game, speaking of 08 would anyone else love to see Tebow in the bootleg.

Fox is the head coach, hes the guy that decides the ratio of run to pass. In Carolina he didn't run the offense either, yet hes bringing this run on 3rd and long doo-doo over.
