I'm going to kind of do this my way, with the same idea, just no set number of busts, etc.

    1. Marcell Dareus*, DT, Alabama- SOLID STARTER
    2. Von Miller, OLB, Texas A&M- STUD
    3. Patrick Peterson, CB, LSU- STUD
    4. A.J. Green*, WR, Georgia- STUD
    5. Blaine Gabbert*, QB, Missouri- SOLID STARTER
    6. Robert Quinn*, DE, North Carolina- STUD
    7. Julio Jones, WR, Alabama- SOLID STARTER
    8. Nick Fairley, DT, Auburn- BUST

    23. Corey Liuget*, DT, Illinois- BUST
    24. Akeem Ayers*, OLB, UCLA- BUST

    26. Aaron Williams*, DB, Texas- SOLID STARTER
    27. Cam Heyward, DT, Ohio State- BUST

    30. Jimmy Smith*, DB, Colorado- CAREER BACKUP
    31. Stephen Paea, DT, Oregon State- BUST

I'm not as optomistic for somof these guys as others are, as you can see.

No real reason. Paea I'm just going on the history of bench press beasts. I had to pick some one. Williams I didn't have a slot to switch him with. I tried to follow the OP request to stick with the given numbers. In reality I would have fewer Superstars, more starters, no backups and 1 or 2 fewer busts.
