Why do i feel EFX should be trying harder to sign FA's??

Are we getting close to panic mode? We have nobody to play DT for us, by far the worst in the league at the position. We HAVE to sign a DT in FA, probably even two. Its not even an option to pass on them, all we have is vickerson and possible resign thomas, neither are good and we are still short on bodies.

i AM in panic mode haha, i get it hasnt been long @ all but we passed on a DT in the draft, and all the top FA's will be gone soon. Thats what happens when ur the best available, u get picked up first. I dont want to have to rely on Bannon and Williams again, all they do is bandage the wound...

This isn't Madden. You can't just give a guy an offer and expect him to take it. Plenty of teams are involved, and a lot of things go into the decision the FA makes other than money such as location, marketing potential, and competitiveness of the team.

Just because we haven't gotten anyone that doesn't mean we aren't trying. Moreover it is just as important to not be short-sighted and become so desperate that we are held down by a fat/long contract when we are really ready to win in 3-4 years.

LOL it's been a day, this isn't a huge deal - they need to work on signing the rookies and our guys first before spending coin in the FA market, maybe we are working on a last ditch effort to get rid of Orton and nag Nnamdi lol..
