Reading elsewhere that the Seachickens and Mebane are only a couple of hundred K off him signing the dotted line and staying in Seattle Here's hoping they stay put.

Brandon Mebane (penetrating dtackle) and Jason Hatcher (occupying blockers) would instantly make our defensive line top 15. No exaggeration.

Bring in a slimmer Kevin Vickerson on 3rd down and we've got a solid rotation.

I'm not going to get my hopes up because everytime I have it's bit me in the butt.

But, if we could land Mebane and bring back Thomas, I instantly feel better because then we would have a nice combo of attacking DTs that we could rotate. I'm not sold on Vickerson yet if you didn't notice. I'm cautiously optimistic for him, though.

Ill take mebane AND okoye all day but I'd rather have okoye(younger, bigger,faster, more productive) but I heard he had knee surgery and that concerns me but he played every game last year
