  • A ray of sunshine

    I know many are upset that we don't have a very formidable interior D-Line, and our QB situation is unsettled. But the bright side is that the Broncos finally listened to me and acquired one of the players I put in my mock draft. You'll find him in my sig. His name is Chris Harris. He's about 5-11, 195, and ran a 4.4 forty at his pro day. He started at both cornerback and free safety in his collegiate career and made 85 tackles his senior season. He can cover and he can tackle. He's strong but he's also fast. I hope he makes the team. He might turn out to be better than some of the more highly toughted DBs we have (not Bailey or Dawkins, of course). Remember, I sang the praises of Alphonso Smith at one time, too, and after a difficult first year on a bad defense, he's now popular with the coaches of Detroit's up-and-coming defense.

    I see Bailey, Goodman, Thompson making the team. 2 CB spots up for grabs.

        true story: when Smith got traded, I facebook IM'ed him saying "you're despicable..." and he responded with "is that all you got? I'll prove you, McDaniels, and all my doubters wrong." when i tried to say "good luck with the rest of your career, be the best you can be" facebook replied "you no longer have permission to message this user" i went to his facebook and he deleted me.

                Well if Cox is found not guilty and his media perception changes he is likely to stay. Vaughn looks like a better S then CB, so I can see it as a possibility

                  WOW!! I dont comment much but this disgusts me... its a game and its his job. To make it personal is such a P. O. S. thing to do, and his response only shows class. You should be ashamed!

                    are you sure? I think he almost played his way off the team after giving up like 4-5 touchdowns against new England and getting burned several times by (can't remember his name but he is old and they got him from the Seahawks midway through the season).

                      In regards to Chris Harris I hope champ turns him into champ Jr. Just based on what you said they seem similar.

                        Just a question. Who do you actually go for. Houston or Denver.

                          I'm a Broncos fan thru thick and thin. Started off when I lived in Denver in '83 and '84 while dad stationed at Lowry. In my heart I will never be anything but a Broncos fan.

                          I live in Houston have a 9 year old son who likes Broncos cuz daddy does but his heart and soul are the Texans, not hard to figure out why. He is Matt Schaub everything while his grandmama tries to spoon feed him Tony Romo everything. It is hard not to be a Texans fan since I can go to games whenever I feel like it and makes it even better all the former Broncos running the team makes it real easy to love em~

                          Heart = Broncos
                          Location = Texans

                          I go for both! But when they play vs each other BRONCOS BABY!
