Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

Wouldn't mind it... It'd be a real nice security blanket for our 3rd-down RB situation if Knowshon were to go down with an injury like he has in the past.
I like Brandon minor and jj better than slating...slating will cost a fair amount more and while he does bring a good game id rather just give the rooks the opportunity
So far:
FA- Melvin Gordon. Brandon Scherff
1. Kenneth Murray LB; 2. Shenault WR; 2B. Biadazz Center, 3. OT
I would take him definitely. He has had some fumble issues but I would still take him because not only can he run but he is a pretty decent receiver out of the backfield. Plus the depth at RB really ends after knowshon gets hurt since mcgahee is gonna be the short yardage and goal line back. Wouldn't hurt to have him.

I like Johnson and Ball just as much as Slaton. IMO running back is a position which guys can be found anywhere. They just need a chance and if they get it I am sure Ball and Johnson could do a good job.
No thanks on Slaton, I'd like for us to pick up whoever gets cut by the Cowboys. They have Jones and Murray that obviously won't get cut, but that leaves Tashard Choice, Phillip Tanner, and Lonyae Miller battling for the other 2 spots. I'd take any one of those three over Lance Ball and Jeremiah Johnson any day. I'd like to be a homer and think that Johnson and Minor are nice players, but I just don't see it that way. And I'm not altogether that high on Lance Ball either - I think a waiver wire acquisition could easily beat him out for the 3rd RB spot.
As I posted in another thread, if we were to pick up another RB this offseason (as of what's available right now) I would take Derrick Locke. The Eagles have just released him.
What do you guys know about T Oniel Cousins. He just got cut be the Ravens
I read that he played DT in the first 2 years of college and moved to OT in his Junior.
Anyone think he can play DT again?
I like Jerimiah Johnson and Lance Ball as the depth for this team.
If he comes great if he doesn't oh well.
I think we have enough to make some noise this season.Hopefully,if the injury bug don't hit us we should be ok.
From what i'm reading it seem observers believe the EFX staff wants an upgrade for Beadles and Walton.I will keep my eye open on the waiver wire for the OL as well as the DL.Very interesting indeed!
During one of the games the announcers said the Eagles might have to waive DE Phillip Hunt due to crowding at that position. He made a couple of nice plays, looked like he could move pretty well. 6' 244#
