Just a hypothetical. With Jax releasing Garrard, if they offered a 2nd for Tebow would you say yes or no? I know they took Gabbert in round 1, but Tebow would pack them in and could compete with Blaine over the next couple years.

To be honest Tebow isn't worth a 3rd at this moment, so a 2nd would be great for Denver, and good for Jag fans, not so much for the team.sigpic

1-there was supposed to be an open competition...Orton not traded, no competition
2-Elway saying he wont givwe up on TT and needing to make him a better QB
3-trading him for a 2nd when the first opportunity arise
1+2+3= credibility killer....Canadian Denver Bronco Fan #7

Like it or not Denver will be in talks when it comes to PR. Once the Cutler-McD thing happened, Denver started on a PR slant.sigpic

Thing is if they did trade TT for a 2nd the fans would now be in a situation where they cannot believe anything comming out and the relation between the fans and the franchise would be in a poor state (the main reason why Elways was hired in the first place).
He (Elway) knows how credible he is and how the fans love him. That beoing said I doubt he would 'risk' a part of it (at least) for a 2nd round...Canadian Denver Bronco Fan #7

It wouldn't break ties with the fans, maybe the new fans from Gainsville, but not any other fan. Hell there has been Tebow fans on here making threads and post about them wanted Tebow traded.sigpic
