Who do you take with our first round pick

Honestly I think it's a good starting point. Sure, you're going to feel the repercussions of it for probably 2 years (It's going to take some draft pick(s) in 2013 to get it done), but if it turns out he is the next elite QB in the league, when you look back on it in 5 years you will be saying you'd do it all over again.

If we were to do this, and give up a haul of draft choices, then the onus is going to have to be put on the FO to go out in Free Agency and address issues with quality free agents as the draft pool is going to be severely diminished.

The team has more needs than just QB, and if we go all in on Luck, then it's going to really have to be a full, well-rounded offseason approach that includes addressing needs with FA help. With the salary cap minimum going into effect this year, it seems as though that's a possible scenario. I'm not necessarily a fan of building a team through free agency, but it can be done, and if they can somehow add a RT, CB (or 2), and maybe some penetrating DT help it could really right the ship and quick.

With the way this team is playing, I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't win another game. Unfortunately, the Colts and Dolphins are worse.

If our attempt for Luck didn't work, i'd give New England a 1st rd pick for Ryan Mallet in a heartbeat.

NO!!!! I would give a 2nd thats it. I would for-go QB this year and build on the OL or secondary.

If Tebow shows any signs of improvement, I think we pick in the 5-9 range. In this case, I think we keep Tebow and trade down to the mid teens and select Claibourne or Kirkpatrick. Then take Konz and Adcock for the OL.

jones looks better than rg3 but rg3 is way more dynamic i cant help but think that a player like vick comes along ever 15 years, i go for jones or the kid from az state brock osweiler over foles, foles has had a bad year and osweiler i think you could get way later in the draft he looks good but not polished 6-8 240lbs he has done really well this year with a program not known for its football I would be happy if we could get richardson 1st round and osweiler in th 5th and in rounds 2-4 take some defense. particularly d-line and a corner..bailey isint getting any younger and our coachs strength is defense and running..our team needs just about everything

there is no way in hell that Jones is better than Griffin III, when you say he "looks" better, you'd better mean his size, cause Griffin's accuracy and decision making makes Jones look like Tebow. (I'm a Tebow supporter, just sayin)

Qbs selected first overall have a 30% chance to just meet their expectations or excell.

That is an awful gamble for a team that needs a whole lot than just a qb.
