Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.
Thank you for understanding.

David Bruton has been a pretty good player for us. He hasn't had much of an impact on defense, but he's one of the best ST gunners in the league.
Also, Harris was a very good tackle for us when he was healthy.
Bruton has missed a boatload of tackles the last two games & Harris couldn't run block or stay healthy. Plus neither was a sure-thing when we drafted them

I'm at work any of the DT's standing out even if they are picked late and how are the CBs doing like Rhodes?
Thanks for anyone who responds.
I haven't seen any DT who looks particularly good, but Rhodes has been VERY IMPRESSIVE against Floyd. Floyd is a big physical receiver and Rhodes has been very physical with him, and has pretty much shut him down so far. I am very impressed with him thus far and he is flying up my board of CBs.

Thats good I wanted him, but I have a feeling he might stay another year and try to secure a high first round grade . Didn't figure either of these teams had any outstanding DT's was just wondering if any jumped out and worth a flyer late in the draft.
So I take it that Floyd isn't doing so hot then since Rhodes has him on lock down. Dang because Floyd is our kind of WR a big body guy that can block.
But both games I will be watching are tomorrow night which is a big night for the state of Iowa. Iowa State gots Rutgers and then the Hawks got Oklahoma. Pretty sure the Big 12 will take both of those games which is a good thing for my cyclones.
Michael Floyd is a really good football player. He's big, athletic, and has good hands. He's also a very willing and aggressive blocker.
Does anyone know where the criticism against his character comes from?
It was a DUI, but from some reports not only has he been a model citizen, but he has really matured since the incident. Floyd is going to be a star in the mold of Larry Fitzgerald.

I would tend to agree with you. I have only watched him play a couple of times, but I got the impression both times I watched that he was the best player on the field.
Does anyone remember when FA starts? It will be interesting to see who we target in FA as opposed to the draft. I think Denver will have a hard time attracting WR's to Denver without overpaying for them, at least not until we demonstrate consistency in the passing game. I think we will need to draft WR's if we want them. However, I can see us being a prime location for RB's, offensive linemen, and defensive players.
It should be interesting to see how it plays out this coming offseason.

No.
Floyd isn't doing so hot because Reese has been overthrowing all sorts of passes to him. Floyd should have two TD's right now.
