    I don't know if Elway will be able to resist Cox's triangle numbers. Elway did play Reggie White in the 1998 superbowl win against the packers. White was the defensive player of the year that year. And when you look at the triangle numbers alone...

    6'4 295 4.6 forty

    6'5 290 4.6 forty

    Hopefully Elway has a flashback or two.

      1. Fletcher Cox
      2. Chris Polk
      3. Coryell Judie

      That's my dream draft. I'd say Kendall Wright in the 2nd but I think the success of Torrey Smith will help him get into either the late 1st or early 2nd round before we get the chance to grab him.
      That would be ideal.

      Perfect UT next to Bunk, stud RB, and a good CB to develop.

      DT, CB, and RB or WR would be my top 3 picks.

        I hope so, too. I really wouldn't be surprised if Cox takes one of those "Tyson Alualu" jumps in the draft.

          I said earlier this year that I would take him in the top 10 based solely off of his potential so I wouldn't be surprised. But at the same time a lot of people are saying he is a raw talent and their are questions about actual weight and whether or not he is better suited outside or inside. I hope that is enough for him to drop. But if he runs anything close to a 4.6 it will be very hard for that to happen.

              That's my exact thinking in terms of the positions to address in the draft. It will probably change with what we do in free agency, and of course if we re-sign Bunkley (I don't see how there is any way we don't at this point). It'd be ideal to pick up another 3rd rounder in my opinion which we could use to just draft a fast WR or one that falls due to whatever reason.

                  Fletcher Cox drive starting at 14:54 left in the 3rd quarter

                  Play 1 14:54;
                  Lines up at 5 tech on left tackle. Rushes up field then gets double teamed. No effect on quick pass.

                  Play 2 14:28;
                  Lines up at 3 tech on right guard. Knocks guard on his ass and nearly blows up an end around. The end around is run away from him so the guy had plenty of room to run away from Cox.

                  Play 3 13:45;
                  Lines up at 5 tech on left tackle. Stays at line. Shoots inside gap and makes a tackle for loss.

                  Play 4 13:09;
                  Lines up at 5 tech on right tackle. Pushes his man back and then is double teamed. QB steps up into a sack by number 97. Penalty on play #97 grabbed a facemask. No play.

                  Play 5 12:42;
                  Lines up at 5 tech on left tackle. Is doubled, contains instead of trying to split double team.

                  Play 6 12:00;
                  Lines up at 5 tech on right tackle. Quick pass, no effect on play.

                  Play 7 11:54;
                  Lines up in 3 tech on left guard. Stunts inside. Almost lets up a touchdown by leaving a gap.

                  Play 8 11:04;
                  Lines up in 3 tech on left guard. Gets no push, but is not pushed back. Touchdown.

                    Fletcher Cox is a great talent I agree.

                    Anyone else having to watch with the volume muted because of all the rattles in the crowd?

                      Who dictates who the best players are?

                      Clay Mathews wasn't the best available player on the board when the Packers picked him. Tyson Alualu wasn't the best available player on the board when the Jaguars took him.

                      And on the flipside, Blaine Gabbert was the best available player on the board for the jaguars. Jimmy Clausen was the best available player for the Panthers.

                      We need to take players who will make the biggest impact for us with our picks. Not just draft BPA. Draft BIA. Biggest Impact Available. That's what they did with Von, Orlando, and Rahim. And 2 of the 3 are very good right now.

                            Fletcher Cox drive 5:35 left in 3rd Quarter

                            Play 1 5:35;
                            Lines up at left 3 tech. Shoots the gap and blows up outside run. Helluva play by Cox here.

                            Play 2 4:56;
                            Lines up at left 5 tech. Squeezes the down block by the tackle hustles down the line. Play run away from Cox and RB just runs to the corner.

                            Play 3 4:27;
                            Lines up in left 3 tech. Gets some penetration, cause RB to cut back. Cox shows off his spin move and nearly made a great tackle. Missed it by a couple milliseconds. Really nice spin move though.

                              Biggest impact available is also more valid than your guys' idea of picking what position you're drafting before you know who's available.
