Before anyone jumps in saying we have a cheap owner we are spending the required 120 Million dollars in cash.

Also really we don't have that much when you think about it considering to add new pieces. We have a lot of our guys who are free agents. A lot. Plus Clady in the future will need an extension some time. So it is not smart to go signing free agents to huge deals and handicapping the team for the future. Spend smart.

The salary cap floor will start in 2013.

There has been an increasing amount of groaning from local Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans and pundits about how the team was planning to comply with the leagues newly instituted salary cap floor.

The good news is that according too Mike Florio of NBC Sports' ProFootballTalk.com, the new 89% rule will not take effect until the 2013 season. Also, Florio goes on to explain that the rule actually counts cash spent, not cap space.
At least the Broncos will have money to re-sign their own players in 2012.

We did. It was one of the first things we done when the new front office were hired and the new staff was put together. John Fox convinced him to stay according to Champs interview with 1043 The Fan.

                          1st priority, re-sign BUNK

2nd priority, see what it's going to take to get Campbell here from the Cardinals.
