Personally I think people give our receivers too much grief, they're young and learning with a new qb. Personally I think Driver would be an amazing pickup to guide our young wideouts.

No thanks another old veteran past his prime. I say let's keep going young with the talent. Haven't we learned about washed out veterans that are a waste of money and we get stuck paying a lot of their original contracts this has been a trend since the Shanny years no thanks let's draft a receiver or add a guy who is not almost ready to retireLast edited by darklord; 01-16-2012, 03:43 PM.

I wouldn't mind. He can show our WRs HOW TO ACTUALLY HANG ON TO A BALL THAT HITS YOUR HANDS! As a plus, he knows how to work with a QB whose mechanics aren't what you want"Happiness is just an illusion, filled with sadness and confusion." Jimmy Ruffin

He's a fan favorite up here. If any of their recievers would be available, I think it would be a guy like James Jones. He made some statements about wanting a larger role in the offense, but with Jordy Nelson having a huge year, Jones was pushed down the depth chart and may be available in a trade.
A lot might depend on what they do at the TE position as well. Jermichael Finley is going to want to be paid among the top TEs in the league, and I don't think the Packers will be willing to pay for his incosistent hands and effort. If Finley leaves as a free agent, I think the Packers keep all their WRs.sigpic
