Love it, i think ou could get lindley in the fourth, turbin in the 5th and then move a guy like joe adams in to the number 3 spot.

i'd predict that tannehill and foles or os or both will be first rounders.

Yeah that would be awesome if we could get those players later in the draft. And yeah, many teams are going to be looking for QBs so it wouldn't be surprising to see them go in the first.

That would require a major reach by someone. None of the playoff teams need a qb and the ones who do would be drafting in the top 20. Top 20 is a major reach for both of these guys. And as noted before someone could trade up into the first round to get them but that would be giving away too much for someone who you could probably easily nab early 2nd round.

i could easily see miami and/or kansas city reach for or doing a very good trade to later team to make sure they get the number 3 or 4 QB, they want. i wouldn't be surprised to see miami reach and cause panic in kansas city and reach for another then. then a team that didn't reach is forced to trade up for the qb.

Yeah i agree. All it takes is a team to like a QB and they will feel the need to trade back into the first to take him before someone else does.

That could happen and I would laugh at the Chiefs for doing that. But as I stated that's what it will take for those two to get drafted in the first round. If it happens then I have no problem admitting I was wrong that they wouldn't go first round.

well then our Defense will never reach where it needs to reach. we are missing that penetraition from the middle and we really need it. make it. even if they don't got DT high i can see them passing on jenkins or minnifield for a back up OG. some one who could replace goody right away is more important then some one who may never start for the broncos.

Anyone we draft may never start for the Broncos. I bet somebody said Tebow would never start for the Broncos when he was drafted too. There is no guarantees in the NFL draft. BUT having a 346 lb bulldozer to run behind may keep the other teams defense off the field a little more.
I agree that we probably need to draft a DT that can put pressure up the middle on the QB sounds like a great idea but IMO it won't happen. Fox desires experience players as DT's.

Best way to help Tebow is to build the defense (see 49ers and Balt). It may take Tebow several more years to fully develop to the point he can utilize a bunch of weapons.

A defense helps take the pressure off a QB to make a bunch of plays. EFX knows this, which is why I think we see a defense heavy off season.

If you want to build around any young QB you should work towards dominate defense to help them out

A backup OG in the first round? Hell no. I don't see how this draft would help Tebow or the Broncos at all.

The best way to help Tebow would give him a receiving TE and actually use it. Of course, that would require play calls geared towards the utilization of the TE, and also Tebow's ability to throw short/intermediate routes.

If the Broncos don't feel as though Julius Thomas is ready this year, maybe it would be smart to draft a guy who is ready now (Fleener/Allen) and continue to groom Thomas. Having a potential combination of Allen and Thomas would be a pretty nice combination. I think Allen has the best shot at being the most well-rounded Tight End in this draft.

I still think the Broncos will continue to grow with Green and Thomas, however.

he not as good as beadles at pulling and kuper played at a pro-bowl level so if he where to use glenn simularly as beadles it would be a down grade and we are not replacing kuper on that O-line.

i feel like thomas is there pass catching body placement, size speed. he is just behind blcoking but that shouldn't stop us from using him for his strength of catching a ball.

Thomas also had a high ankle sprain which kept him off the field, he should take a big step forward this year.

Not sure how many noticed, but Green was on the field often and looked okay blocking.

i dont see miami reaching for anything. joe philbin was apart of the green bay quarterback school every offseason. he will develope anyone he gets his hands on. maybe he goes out and grabs matt flynn in FA
