Anthems and Protests ---
While we certainly understand the frustration by fans on all sides of the discussion, we have decided to keep the Broncos Country message boards separate from politics. Recent events have brought the NFL to the forefront of political debates, but due to the highly emotional and passionate discussion it tends to involve, we think it’s best to continue to keep politics and this forum separate. Yes, the forum is meant for discussion, but we’d like to keep that discussion to football as much as possible.
With everything going on in our country, it would be nice to keep our complaints and cheers purely related to football here. If you feel passionately, there are plenty of other outlets available to you to express your opinions. We know this isn’t the most popular decision, but we ask that you respect it.

If he misses his time, are we going to assume he still gets Luck? Or will we hold true to the punishment and make him wait and choose after the day is over?
Wow. The crowd booed the pick. Then I realized it was a jets fan booing. I asked why and he said he is mad at the Colts. Had they kept Manning the Broncos would have never traded the Jets the the circus replacing Sanchez. Very upset that Rex also traded away his wife's feet and 4th round pick.

I love the Redskins giving up everything to get a special player in RGIII. After standing up to Colts and refusing to work out for them it shows he has enough confidence in him.
Shanny gets a qb that will hopefully save his job and extend his time in DC.
The Redskins are hoping he isn't their second heismann winning flop like Danny Waurfell was...

ESPN is covering the story of the confusion at Minnesotas headquarters, GM the0rangecrush was found to have had car issues resulting in his immediate concern thus missing his pick. However it turns out the Vikes intended to take Kalil all along so no harm no foul. The0rangecrush had this to say about his pick, "We very pleased to announce we have added Matt Kalil, the most important thing for any team is to keep your QB upright and Kalil can help tremendously. We feel Kalil may very well end up the best player in this class."
