Yeah I wouldn't mind using a 4th or 5th on him. We don't really have any "wow" players on offense that are a threat to score every time they touch the ball. D. Thomas showed the potential for that ability, but it would be nice to get it from a guy coming out of the backfield or as a 5th/6th WR.

Huh? Vaughn is the opposite ...straight line guy with not much lateral abilityComment

Agree with this. I think he can be our Royal or even better as a returner and do WAY more than Royal ever did at everything else. For this reason we might not play him at returner though. But after DT, Decker, Cosby I don't think our coaches even know what to do with the KR and PR positions so nobody can predict what they will.Comment

Every year I wished we get one of these guys and we never do so now i don't even bother thinking about guys like Rainey or James.Comment

Made himself look dumb with the sub 4.2 comments to run a 4.42 but yeah, if available in the later rounds I'm all for it
Manning could use him wellComment

Please tell me you did not just say that one of the deal breakers for the Giants drafting JPP was because he did a back flip. You have got to be kidding. BTW, he did excessive, consecutive back flips unlike this. Sure, it's impressive but like I said, The last thing I would consider a deal breaker is if a D-linemen can do a back flip.
And yes, you did say exactly what I quoted. Look at your original post.Last edited by Matymaddog; 03-25-2012, 05:00 PM.Comment

It's no secret the Giant's drafted JPP off his athleticism, and the backflips showcased his athleticism. JPP also weighed nearly 40 pounds less than Reyes. Reyes back flip was impressive athletically, get over it.Denver Broncos GM

Stewart, on the other hand, is just another prototypical RB with not much versatility or receiving ability. I think McGahee and Moreno will be fine running stretch right and stretch left all day. Then bring in Rainey to break 15-40 yds on screen passes.
Plus I wouldn't trade a 2nd for a running back that gets 10 carries a game for the next 4 years. Would rather use a 4th on a Sammie Lee Hill and then get a more important position (I consider RB the LEAST important position on a football team including long snapper) with our 2nd rounder.Comment

You take the youtube link, but only the numbers and gook in it that identify the video at Youtube, the part that's usually at the end of the link. Put that inside the [Youtube] code [/youtube}. You can either type it or use the Youtube button in your reply box.Comment
